If your call is not answered by a Verendrye employee, it means we are experiencing high call volumes. Please try again in a few minutes. During high call volumes you might get an automated message that will allow you to report your outage by entering your phone number or electrical meter number. If you dislike automated systems, remain on hold until an employee is available. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to report outages.

Our goal is to keep our outage frequency and duration to a minimum while prioritizing the safety of our linecrews. Our engineering and operations team works diligently to maintain our equipment.
