Verendrye to conduct phone survey
Towards the end of March through April, you may receive a phone call asking you to take part in a survey.
Every two years Verendrye Electric conducts a survey to measure the quality of its customer service and a few other questions related to trends in the electric industry.
The survey is anonymous and helps us improve our service to you.
The survey is conducted by Odney, a North Dakota company with an office in Minot. If you have any questions, call us and ask for Member Services.
