Business Department
Christel Laskowski, Business Manager, CPA

The Business Department performs a number of functions which includes budgets, financial forecasting, cash flow management, financial accounting, accounts payable, human resources, benefits and payroll, accounts receivable, customer service, collections, capital credits and more.

Personnel Includes: Receptionists, Customer Service Representatives, Business Assistant, Work Order Clerk, Accountant, Billing Supervisor, Credit Manager, and Payroll and Benefits Accountant.

Member Services Department
Tom Rafferty, Member Services & Community Relations Manager

The Member Service Department operates with a wide number of responsibilities including providing the membership with knowledge of rates, programs, rebates, energy audits and loans, solar energy, water heaters and some heating equipment, volunteering, education, social media, public relations, REC magazine and press releases, coordination and planning of corporate events and more.

Personnel Includes: Member Service Technicians, Member Service Representatives, and Energy Services Manager.

Engineering Department
Brad Doll, Engineering Manage, PE

The Engineering Department is responsible for long term planning, designing of new construction, metering, electric system protection and reliability.  Other responsibilities include MAFB electric utility oversight, administration and engineering. System automation such as AMR and SCADA, warehouse activities, mapping, record keeping and IT functions.

Personnel Includes: Engineers, Engineering Technicians, Purchasers, Building and Grounds Supervisor, Warehouse Men, IT Administrators, Staking Technicians, GIS Administrators.

Operations Department
Tim Krumwiede, Operations Manager

The Operations Department operates with a wide number of responsibilities to include crew and public safety, electrical system maintenance activities, electrical system inspections, substation inspections, scheduling of new construction projects, coordinating transmission activities and safe and timely outage restoration.

             Personnel Includes: Dispatchers, Area Foremen, Working Foremen, Linemen and the Mechanics.
